Josh is partner at the law firm Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP and a respected leader in the legal community having served as the President of the Clearwater Bar Association. He currently represents the approximately 4,000 lawyers and judges of the Sixth Judicial Circuit on The Florida Bar Board of Governors which regulates the practice of law in the State of Florida.

Josh practices exclusively in the areas of personal injury and Social Security disability, having represented clients in most all types of personal injury matters including auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability incidents, negligent security, dog bites, defective products and most other types of negligence actions involving serious injuries.

During law school, Josh was selected for prestigious internships with then Chief Judge of Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal the Honorable David L. Levy and in the U.S. Department of Justice at the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been recognized by multiple organizations for his legal skill and professionalism including Florida Super Lawyers, Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite and the Clearwater Bar Association who awarded him their top honor, the 2016 Clearwater Bar Ralph Richards Award.

Josh is a partner in the well respected Tampa Bay regional, full-service law firm of Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP with offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater.

Daniel C. Parri, Esq.

Dan Served as President of the Clearwater Bar Association immediate after Josh. Dan is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, University of South Florida and Marshall University. He is a past executive director to a pooled special needs trust and worked as a felony probation officer for the State of Florida Department of Corrections. 

Dan's primary practice areas have been dedicated to elder law and estate planning. He has represented people from all walks of life in probate, estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianship, including numerous personal injury cases. 

 Dan is active in our community and helped establish the Clearwater Bar Association's Legal Fair to help those who cannot afford legal help. Dan was also awarded the Ralph Richards Award in 2017. Dan is a member of the Clearwater, St. Pete and West Pasco Bar Associations and is a past board member of the Guardian Association of Pinellas County. In 2016 & 2018 Dan successfully managed judicial campaigns for circuit court judge.
